Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of AI Visibility (the "Service"), operated by Serpwize Technologies LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.

1. What the Service does

The Service analyzes and helps you improve how AI answer engines (currently ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, and Google AI Overview) describe, cite, and recommend your brand. Depending on your plan, this includes:

• Domain Overview — an on-demand analysis of a domain's AI visibility.
• Prompt Tracking — ongoing monitoring of specific prompts across AI engines, refreshed on a schedule.
• Content Generation — AI-drafted articles targeting visibility gaps we identify.
• CMS Publishing — pushing generated content to a WordPress or Shopify site you connect and authorize.

Results reflect real queries to third-party AI systems at the time of analysis. AI engines change their outputs continuously and outside our control; we do not guarantee any particular ranking, citation, or outcome from using the Service.

2. Accounts and plans

You need an account to use the Service beyond the public marketing pages. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Plans (Growth, Pro, Agency) each include a fixed monthly allowance of domain overviews, tracked domains, and generated articles, detailed on our pricing page. Usage beyond your plan's limits requires an upgrade; we will not silently overcharge you or continue a paid action past your allowance.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, DodoPayments, acting as merchant of record. Prices are shown in USD and converted to your local currency and applicable taxes at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. To cancel, email admin@serpwize.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to analyze or publish content for domains you do not own or have authorization to act on behalf of.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or usage metering.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service or the underlying AI/search data it surfaces, except as part of your own permitted client work under an Agency plan.
• Use generated content to publish false, defamatory, or plagiarized material.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or attempt unauthorized access to other customers' data.

5. Connected third-party accounts

When you connect a WordPress or Shopify site for publishing, you authorize us to create and update content on that site using the credentials or OAuth tokens you provide. We store these encrypted at rest and use them solely to fulfill publishing actions you initiate. You can disconnect a site at any time from CMS Publishing settings.

6. Content ownership

You own the content we generate for your account and any rights in your own domain data. We do not claim ownership over your brand, published articles, or analysis results. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including its software, methodology, and aggregated/anonymized data derived from usage across customers (which never includes your identifiable content or credentials).

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI engine responses are sourced from third-party providers we do not control, and their accuracy, availability, or behavior may change without notice. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serpwize Technologies LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including confirmed abuse of shared infrastructure (for example, deliberately triggering excessive analysis runs to circumvent plan limits). You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll post the updated date at the top of this page; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
